About
Sèdo Eudes Anihouvi is an enthusiastic food scientist with excellent English, French, and Turkish language proficiencies. He holds a Ph.D. in Food Science and Dairy Technology and is eager to contribute to reducing the incidence of chronic diseases using food science. He has a clear understanding of food microbiology, functional food development, process development, food chemistry, data analysis, and research and development. His main interest focuses on the use of food science to modulate food sensory properties and provide value-added foods (use of bioactive compounds) whose consumption could promote health and reduce the incidence of chronic diseases. He is currently the founder and the chief scientist officer of Lanmɛsyɛn n'dùdù: a research and development center.
