CrackSense is a Horizon Europe project spanning four years, from January 2023 to December 2026. Comprising 14 partners from 7 countries, CrackSense aims to address the problem of fruit cracking in citrus, pomegranate, table grapes and sweet cherries by developing and upscaling sensing technologies that will provide real-time sensor data through experimental and piloting activities.
