My name is Akash Khorde, and I hold an M.Tech in Food Technology from MIT ADT University, Pune, India. Prior to this, I completed my B.Tech in Food Technology from Dr. B.S.K.K.V., Dapoli. During my academic journey, I undertook four research projects, including a notable study on the shelf life of germinated jackfruit seed flour, which offers numerous health benefits.
