I graduated in Biological Sciences from 'La Sapienza' University of Rome, and began my activity in the field of agri-food sector in 2006, joining a consulting company that has been active in the market for 40 years. I started getting involved in food labeling matters in 2007, first specializing in the national sphere and then turning my attention to the markets of some non-EU countries. My main tasks were labeling revision and design, training courses, and regulatory opinions. Since 2019 I became a freelance consultant, dividing my activity between collaboration with consulting and certification companies in Italy, Switzerland, the U.K., and the U.S.A. and following my clients on the national territory.
