Sanoli Perera is a passionate food technologist with proven 5 years of experience in the field of the food processing industry. She has a B.Sc. Special Degree in Food Science and Technology. During her time in the food processing field, she has gathered a vast set of skills in product development, generating new product ideas, modifying and improving existing products, raw materials, flavors, preservation, processing, technology, product analysis, providing technical expertise, and project planning. Her research experiences lie on optimization of natural pectin extraction and food waste valorization gaining an alternative protein source. She always welcomes opportunities in food research and innovations.
