Luis is a Food safety and quality professional with experience working in research, manufacturing and retail. Luis has a Masters degree in Food Quality Management from the University of Wageningen. He has worked in food safety and food quality positions in the Food industry, having worked with different types of products, cereals, bakery, dairy and ready to eat foods, and has experience working with certifications like IFS and BRC. He has also experience auditing distribution centers, food manufacturers and packaging manufacturers in good manufacturing practices, food safety, quality and food authenticity.
