I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology (Hons.) and an M.Sc. in Food Technology. I am currently pursuing my PhD at the Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, where I serve as a Senior Research Fellow. My research focuses on developing and validating AI-based protocols for food quality evaluation. I have published several research articles in reputed international journals. Alongside academics, I come from a farming background and also own a food processing enterprise, which has strengthened my practical understanding of food production and agri-business. I have further enhanced my professional exposure by interning with international companies in the food safety and quality domain. I am an active member of the Association of Food Scientists & Technologists (India) [AFST(I)] and the Academic Society for Functional Foods & Bioactive Compounds (ASFFBC).
