Tejaswini holds a Bachelor of Science with honours in Food and Nutrition, specialising in Food Science, from The University of Delhi and a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from The University of Queensland. Her research interests include sustainable development and practices in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry and their impact, and repurposing food and agricultural waste to make that linear economy circular with the help of new technologies. Since 2023, she was been working as a R&D Officer to make new and innovative food products.
