Marianna Lagonikou holds a BSc in Animal Science and an MSc in Current Food Technology from the Agricultural University of Athens. Her expertise lies in animal husbandry, nutrition and welfare, food microbiology, quality and safety assurance, and sustainability. She has actively contributed to numerous national and EU-funded research projects, both as a researcher and in coordination roles. Her work has been presented at conferences and published in scientific journals. With over three years of professional experience, she is highly skilled in the implementation, management, and coordination of EU and nationally funded research initiatives.
