Being an explorer, in the tenure of 4 years in agro-industry I have experiences at different hierarchies in 2 reputed companies and 1 institution. I have accomplished many challenging and exciting tasks and assignments for organizational success. Going through specialties and diversities, I have acquired significant expertise in postharvest management, aeroponics, beneficial microbes in agricultural settings, tri-tropic interactions, herbivore-induced plant volatiles, chemical ecology, disease epidemiology, plant-pathogen interactions, biological control strategies and weed control. I have experience in project management and strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in group. I am passionate about biodiversity, genetics and conservation biology.
