Kristina Loza holds an Integrated Master\\\'s in Agriculture with specialization in Food Science and Technology and has completed an Erasmus semester as an exchange student at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna. She has worked in the food industry in a few roles, including quality assurance and food microbiological safety roles. Experienced food microbiologist with a can-do attitude. Always tries to find creative solutions to modern problems by utilizing science-based literature searches, persistence and enthusiasm for always learning new things. Research interests include Microbiology, Research and Genetic topics.
