James Scorer is a horticulture professional with more than a decade of hands-on experience in large-scale plant production, nursery management, and urban farming. He combines strong technical expertise in propagation, hydroponics, irrigation, and pest management with solid business and team leadership skills. He currently works as Head Grower & Urban Farming Technician at Green Space Tech, where he is helping scale hydroponic production in a remote island environment. James has also founded his own urban farming venture and previously managed high-volume nursery operations, with a strong track record in improving efficiency, quality, and profitability.
