I am a passionate professional and a Master's student in Environmental Studies (Conservation Practice), with a deep focus on sustainability and agriculture. My significant hands-on experience includes data-driven research, where I've successfully led projects at CIMMYT and IIM-Kozhikode. Now I am a master's student at Ashoka Trust For Research In Ecology And The Environment. My expertise covers conducting literature reviews and developing reports on agricultural information access and women's roles, as well as designing educational materials and leading training on gender-responsive research and climate-resilient agriculture. I excel in data collection and analysis using surveys and FGDs, authoring Data-in-Brief papers, and creating databases on social exclusion in agriculture. Key projects include the "MAFW India Contribution for CIMMYT 2023", "Risk Perception" research in Kozhikode, and contributions to the Vellayani Lake rejuvenation project. I bring strong analytical skills, teamwork, and leadership to any role. As a state-level winner of the Young Innovators Programme for my "Floating Garden" idea, I am committed to applying my knowledge for impactful, sustainable solutions to achieve organizational goals.
