Paul has collaborated with organizations such as reNature on regenerative agriculture projects. Currently, he serves as a consultant with eGro, where he works alongside a team to assist farmers in transitioning to regenerative farming practices and agroforestry. Paul has also worked as an independent researcher with organizations like Resilience Constellation, where he developed articles on topics such as climate resilience, global food systems, and financing. He aims to close the knowledge gap in sustainable agricultural practices and promote a deeper understanding of their importance for environmental and societal well-being.
