Tekeba Eshetie Nega is a Regenerative Agriculture Advisor with SNV (Netherlands Development Organization) in Ethiopia, currently supporting the Power for Food Partnership project alongside the Ministry of Water and Energy, the Ministry of Agriculture, and partners including the IKEA Foundation, Sasakawa Africa Association, WRI, and Wageningen University & Research. He holds a PhD in Dairy Nutrition, an MSc in Broiler Nutrition, and a BSc in Animal Sciences, and brings 32 years of experience spanning research, extension, manufacturing, and the energy sector, with deep expertise in value chain development, animal feed and nutrition, and product value addition. He previously served as National Poultry Value Chain Advisor under the USAID Feed the Future project and as Vice Director General at the Ethiopia Meat and Dairy Industry Development Institute. His current focus is on coaching, facilitation, co-designing project proposals, and scaling regenerative agriculture solutions linked to renewable energy across Ethiopia's food system.
