Over 15 years of experience in agricultural management, specializing in Agriculture and sugarcane development and sustainability. Currently working as, HOD (Head of Department) Cane at SW Sugar Mills Pvt. Ltd., also leading the Bonsucro certification program and Bonsucro Impact Fund Project. Also worked as Cane Advisor at Alliance Sugar Mills and Agriculture Manager at Al-Moiz Sugar Mills, where I directed research and development initiatives, managed large-scale research farms and collaborated on projects with the International Finance Corporation.
