Sujit Mandal is an Agronomist with over 30 years of experience in agriculture, rural development, and climate-smart farming across West Bengal. He currently serves as the CEO and Director of Kopa Krishi Utpadak Farmer Producer Company Ltd., where he leads initiatives in Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), regenerative agriculture, Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD), carbon farming, agroforestry, and sustainable rural livelihoods. He has worked closely with government agencies, NABARD, research institutions, and farming communities to promote climate-resilient agriculture, improve market linkages, and strengthen farmer incomes. His expertise spans project management, agribusiness development, capacity building, and the implementation of innovative agricultural technologies.
