Stavroula Pollatou combines a background in communication, psychology, and pharmacy with hands-on work in urban beekeeping awareness and community engagement. As Communication Manager at Astiki Melissa, she supported the organization’s content, events, and outreach, helping promote ethical urban beekeeping, biodiversity, and bee-friendly cities through creative campaigns and public-facing initiatives. She is currently studying pharmacy and working as a junior assistant pharmacist in Athens, bringing together science, communication, and a strong interest in health, sustainability, and the human relationship with nature.
