Pulleti Satish brings over 15 years of experience in soil, plant, fertilizer, water, and environmental sciences, with contributions across both international research institutes and the corporate sector. His expertise spans soil chemistry, soil microbiology, molecular biology, and rhizosphere research, with a special focus on maize and sweet sorghum. He has set up and managed advanced soil laboratories, overseeing operational excellence, data integrity, and glasshouse experiments, and has hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, MP-AES, and auto-analyzers, alongside next-generation sequencing library preparation. His career includes more than 13 years at ICRISAT as Senior Scientific Officer and a current visiting fellowship at the Center of Excellence in Genomics. Passionate about training and capacity building, he focuses on evidence generation in regenerative agriculture to support sustainable practices, ecological resilience, and farmer communities.
