A researcher at Research Center for Food Technology and Processing, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Indonesia. He is a chair of the Food Material Research Group in the research groups and leads various research on food packaging and encapsulation materials on extending the shelf life of food products. He graduated from Food Quality and Design Chair Group, Wageningen University and Research. He is highly enthusiastic on active food packaging aspects, packaging materials, food chemistry, and kinetic modelling to describe the mechanism of interaction inside the packaging system. He welcomes any potential collaboration in research and innovation in those aspects of interest.
