Maria-Eleni Dimitrakopoulou holds Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degrees from the Agricultural University of Athens and has earned a PhD in Public Health from the Medical School (University of Patras). With expertise in molecular techniques, quality control, and assurance, her research interests include food safety, food fraud, sustainability, and food traceability. Maria-Eleni currently serves as a Research Project Manager at Agroknow within the Innovation Department, specializing in AI-driven food safety solutions, and actively contributes to Horizon EU Projects.
