Malama Kabwe is a poultry farmer based in Lusaka, Zambia, with hands-on experience in brooding, flock management, and the use of local plants such as Black Jack as natural supplements for chicken health. Alongside running his own poultry operation since 2021, he works as a Shift Supervisor at KFC, where he manages daily restaurant operations, inventory, and quality and safety standards. He holds a Diploma in General Agriculture and a Diploma in Business Administration, along with certificates in Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis, Marketing, Project Management, and Supervisory and Leadership Management. His work combines practical agricultural know-how with a strong business and operations background.
