About

Usevalad Henin is an agronomist and field trials specialist based in Poland, and CEO of Kultura AG, a company that designs, executes, and analyses agricultural field trials, from small-plot experiments to large-scale strip trials. His work focuses on making trial results more objective and statistically reliable by accounting for within-field variability, selecting the most homogeneous trial locations, and extracting agronomic insights from historical machinery and yield data. Before founding Kultura AG, he spent nearly ten years at OneSoil, first as a GIS Analyst and then as Head of Agronomic Research, where he led the development of precision farming tools on the company’s AI-assisted agronomic platform and ran field trials with R&D partners. His earlier experience covers spatial databases, satellite and aerial imagery processing, and yield monitoring data, along with international research internships in Slovakia on humus mapping from satellite imagery and in Vietnam on information technology in tropical agriculture. He is affiliated with the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry in Belarus.
