Esther Oyeladun Abioye is a Farm Operations Manager at South West Farms in Abeokuta, Nigeria, where she oversees planting, coordinates field activities, and monitors crop performance throughout the season. Before this role, she spent two years as a partner at Eupepsia Place Limited, working within the Soilless Farm Lab ecosystem. She studied at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, and her day-to-day fieldwork has shaped a strong interest in what happens beyond production, including value addition, agro-processing, export systems, and how agricultural value chains connect farms to markets. She actively follows and writes about agro-industrialisation and food systems in Nigeria, drawing on industry events such as the LCCI Agriculture Symposium.
