Dr. Nimrod Israely is a farmer, scientist, and entrepreneur who helps transform rural poverty into prosperity by rethinking the structures behind agriculture. Born and raised on a Kibbutz, he holds a Ph.D. in agriculture and entomology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is the founder and CEO of Biofeed, which developed zero-spray crop protection used across Israel, Africa, and Asia, and Dream Valley, which enables smallholders to meet premium export standards and double their income. While introducing breakthrough technologies globally, Dr. Israely uncovered a universal pattern: without strong organizational frameworks, even the most innovative solutions fail to deliver lasting results. This insight led him to pioneer structural solutions inspired by Israel’s agricultural revolution. He co-founded and chaired the International Conference on Business Models in Agriculture and is the author of the forthcoming book, "Designed to Prosper." His work offers a practical, field-proven blueprint for global rural development.
