I am currently working at Red Bull GmBH in Austria in a role that forms a link between the manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams and is responsible for innovation screening and deployment. I hold holistic experience in the FMCG industry through various food ingredient functionality, sensory, and food and packaging quality monitoring projects I have undertaken at various multinational companies. I am a highly motivated and organized individual who is eager to learn new things and cherishes working in a creative environment. My long-term ambition is to leave my footprint in such a way that we are better prepared for future challenges such as food security because, as Louis Pasteur once said and I quote, "Chance favours the prepared mind."
