Silas holds a Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) in Business Education from Kaduna State College of Education. He has had some masterclass trainings in Entrepreneurship, Interior/Event Decoration and management, grew up as a farmer by his parent. He has vast experience in ginger value-chain and has a trading company called "SHIRIEL NIG. LTD". The company is involved in local supply of agricultural products, consultancy, procurements and farming. Ginger is the major cash-crop of his hometown and that is why he explore more in the value-chain. His company is ready for partnership/collaboration, investment so as be build a very big brand that can obtain a good marketshare globally. Currently, he's about to obtain allocation of 10 hectares of industrial lands in order to construct two production facilities for ginger and cassava flour/starch. He's an interesting leader, think-tank and a proactive team player who works in his own initiative and can withstand pressure in other words a workaholic. His passion for agriculture and practices began since childhood and that has gained him a great experience to work with and share.
