Rishu holds a Masters degree in Rural Development from Govind Ballabh Plant Social Science institute. A development professional working with SRIJAN( Self-reliant initiative through joint action) on agriculture, women empowerment, institution building, Natural resource management, horticulture and value chain development of local commodities. His area of interest in research is water, women empowerment and agriculture allied intervention.
