Phathutshedzo Masutha is a passionate agribusiness management second-year student at the University of Venda, entrepreneur, and the founder of Notshihive, an innovative venture focused on creating employment and economic opportunities through sustainable beekeeping and agricultural training in South Africa. With a strong foundation in biotechnology from the University of the Western Cape and accounting, Masutha is deeply committed to empowering local communities, especially youth and the unemployed, by providing access to agribusiness skills, resources, and markets. He recently received the Vice Chancellor's Award as the Top student of the faculty of Science, Engineering, and Agriculture. His work bridges traditional farming knowledge with modern entrepreneurial strategies, aiming to revolutionize Africa’s participation in the agricultural value chain. Based in Limpopo, South Africa, Masutha’s vision is rooted in food security, economic liberation, and environmental stewardship.
