Petros has studied Crop Science, and he's specialized in crop production. He holds an MSc in Plant Breeding and Genetic Recourses from Wageningen University & Research, focusing mainly on varietal field selection and potato genome bioinformatics. My theoretical knowledge was enriched with practical experience by working as a junior plant breeder in Germany. Currently, Petros works for their family company, Gaia seeds S.A. (https://gaiaseeds.gr/en/) as a plant breeder and product manager. His main interests and expertise are in cereals, forage seeds, and sunflowers.
