Niyi A. Alagbe is an agriculture professional based in Kaduna, Nigeria, with practical experience across agronomy, crop production, field trials, and agribusiness. As Sales Agronomist at Advanta Seeds, he delivers crop agronomy training for growers, distributors, and sales teams, provides advice on sowing windows, plant population, nutrition, and crop management, and runs demonstrations, farmer participatory trials, and field investigations into product performance. His work also covers technology development, including experiment design, plot layout, hybrid evaluation, and the generation of agronomic data to support product decisions. He previously worked as a Sales Agronomist with Agriseedco Nigeria, supporting farmers with seed, fertiliser, and crop protection programmes, crop planning, field scouting, and soil sampling. He studied at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and is particularly interested in how agronomy, data, and agribusiness can work together to improve farm productivity and profitability.
