About

I hold a Master\'s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the Agricultural University of Athens, where I completed my thesis on the application of RNA sequencing to study the growth of Listeria monocytogenes in milk. Currently, I am pursuing a second Master\'s in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. I am passionate about genomics and eager to apply my expertise in these interdisciplinary fields.
