Anusha Jain, currently working as a Program Manager in the Client Insights and Impact (CII) unit at Grameen Foundation India (GFI), possesses a working experience of more than six years in social sector research, monitoring, evaluation and public policy consulting. She has extensive experience of working in the domain of social protection, particularly food security, social assistance, and financial inclusion. During the course of her professional journey, she has undertaken multiple quantitative and qualitative research, including assessments of government run programs and schemes, CSR projects and provided research support to other national/international not-for-profit organizations. She was also part of the technical support unit based at the Department of Food and Public Distribution to support the scale-up of GoI’s flagship program- ‘One Nation, One Ration Card’. She is well versed in designing research methodology, tools, data analysis and managing large scale primary research. Prior to joining GFI, she has been associated with Kantar Public and MiscroSave Consulting. Anusha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management (PGDFM), from Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal.
