She specializes in managing climate-smart dairy initiatives and supporting farmers with innovative agricultural solutions. Additionally, she has developed technology-based tools such as the Forage Cost Calculator and the Forage Finder, which help farmers optimize forage production by linking costs and nutritional parameters and determining the most suitable forages for specific agricultural zones. Damaris excels in translating research into practical solutions by leveraging data analysis to drive informed decision-making, coordinating with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution, and overseeing agricultural projects from inception to completion. Her ability to integrate technology with sustainable farming practices makes her a valuable asset in advancing agricultural innovation.
