We believe that all farmers in the world should be able to showcase their production, name a price for their products and compete fairly in the local, or in the global marketplace.
We are seeking to recruit a successful Human Resource Manager for our offices in Athens, Greece.
Responsibilities
- Support Wikifarmer through the selection, training, development, engagement, and motivation of Employees
- Working with managers to ensure the proper training, evaluation, remuneration, and overall welfare of human capital
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related issues
- Manage all recruitment and selection processes
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and systems
Essential Requirements:
- Proven Working Experience as HR Executive in a structured environment
- University Degree from a respected Institution.
- Knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices
- Knowledge of HR information systems
- Fluency in English
