Lemons are a rich source of vitamin C, providing 64% of the Daily Value in a 100g serving. Lemons contain numerous phytochemicals, including polyphenols and terpenes. As with other citrus fruits, they have significant concentrations of citric acid.
To compare with fresh lemon, dried lemon slices are simply washed, sliced, dried and stored. No spices or spice, but a nice, fresh lime and lemon scent.
A. Use the slices for drink
Firstly, wash the slices. To put the dried lemon slices ( 1 piece lemon slices for 200ml capacity ) into a mug or tea pot and pour warm water into the container over the slices. Wait for a few seconds, pour the water out. Secondly, fill the container with boiling water and wat for 3-5 minutes. Please add appropriate sugar or honey according to personal taste. It is recommended to drink after getting cool or putting in fridge.
B. It could be used as addition for any drinks. Just put into drinks after it is cleaned.
C. It also could be used as decoration for garden, floral use, vase filter or festivals.
