A wine with golden-red colour and green shades. Mature, dense nose, with a particularly strong element of the Mediterranean herbs (the chamomile, the basil and the mint). Yellow fruit, white and yellow flowers, roasted lemon, passion fruit and nectarine makes it complicated. A pungent mouth with excellent flavour balance and very good acidity, greasiness, courage and persistence, ranked it in gourmet wines.
Pairs with sea shells, oily fish, seafood, white meats, pork, Mediterranean cuisine, pasta, salads, fresh cheeses.
Rich and generous with amber color, earthy and complex with aromas of nuts such as walnuts and almonds, dried fruits, jams citrus, acacia honey, tea and spices.
