It’s an intense, persistent, well-defined flavoured oil with scents of spiciness and well-balanced hints of bitterness.
We are ones of the few producers in Italy that made this monocultivar.
Suitable for main dishes such as red meat, legume soups, grilled octopus (like in the Pugliese recipe).
