WILD LAVENDER AND SAVORY HONEY
In Serifos, throughout the designated NATURA2000 area, grow herbs such as lavender, thyme and pink rock-rose, which create a special and unique honey, Serifos honey. After collection, it is received by a cooperative committee, inspected by specialized laboratories and packaged by the certified packaging plant of the agricultural beekeeping cooperative of Serifos.
