HOW "PRODUCT REQUESTS" WORK - SELLER

If a Buyer is looking for a specific product and does not find it, or wants to place a big order (eg 500 kg of olive oil or 2 tons of potatoes), then (s)he can create a Product Request
You can see the Product Request on your page and -if you have this item available- you can answer with prices. If you do not have this product at all, you can send the link of the page to your friends who may be interested.
If you respond to the Request, you need to be absolutely specific, in terms of price and description of your product.
In most cases, the customer asks for a price along with the transport cost until the customer's premises. Consequently, before answering, you shall make a research on how much it costs to send your product (eg 15000 kg of potatoes from your headquarters in Customer's premises). If you give a product price but without shipping, it is highly impossible for the customer to prefer your offer.
If the customer is interested in your offer, (s)he can pay electronically and create the order or order by cash on delivery (for small amounts).
If you have accurately described your product, and if the quality and quantity of the product you shipped or delivered on time is exactly as described on your Wikifarmer page, we guarantee that you will receive the money of your order or at least receive the product back in excellent condition.
This applies to Orders Paid online on our Platform (Bank Transfer to Wikifarmer Account or Payment by Credit / Debit Card). In the case of Cash On Delivery, you or the transport company you have chosen are solely responsible for the Proper Collection of the money of the order.
