Organic Innovation Days

The Organic Innovation Days 2023, TP Organics’ annual public event and the only EU event on organic and agroecological research and innovation, will take place in Brussels from 25 to 26 October under the title ‘Citizen-driven transformation of European food systems’. For this year’s edition, TP Organics is partnering with FoodSHIFT 2030, a Horizon 2020 project focused on transforming the European food system towards a low-carbon, circular future, including a shift to less meat and more plant-based diets.

The first day of the event on 25 October will happen from 10:00 to 14:00  in BluePoint, Brussels, the agenda for the first day will include a welcome and brief introduction from TP Organic’s Head of Secretariat: Eduardo Cuoco, followed by a series of presentations about local iniciatives showcasting innovation in the organic sector by Hermann Leggedör (TBC) and Kirsten Arp. Before lunch there will be a high level panel debate and a discussion with the audience about how organic is contributing to soil health and long-term food security moderated by Eduardo Cuoco.
