Prosper Lupenza is an experienced Rural development & Food security professional with a master's degree in Management of Development, specializing in Rural Development & Food Security from Van Hall Larestein University of Applied Sciences, and Bachelor of Tourism Management from Sokoine University of Agriculture. He currently works as a part-time Assistant Lecturer at Institute of Adult Education. For over ten years of successful implementation of forest conservation and sustainable agriculture projects with Tanzania Community Forest Conservation Networks. He has proven expertise in management, monitoring, advocacy, and capacity building for local communities and government entities. Possesses an in-depth understanding of the theories, policies, and principles underlying food security, and environmental conservation. A self-motivated individual with a track record of spearheading community development initiatives and advocating for good forest governance practices. These efforts have led to lasting impacts, providing local communities with increased access to and equitable sharing of forest resources.
