Junaid Bin Shakeel holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Technology from the University of Karachi. His industrial experience encompasses diverse roles and contributions. Junaid's journey began with an internship at PCSIR (FMRRC), where he gained hands-on experience in materials science and engineering. Subsequently, as a Food Safety Officer at Sindh Food Authority, he conducts inspections, audits, and enforces food regulations, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. During a 2-month internship at the Halal Research Council (HRC), Junaid actively engaged in article writing, research, data analysis, marketing campaigns, webinars, and Halal industry training. In his role as the Managing Director and Food Safety & Audit Trainer at Processing & Preservation Professionals Consultancy, Junaid conducted comprehensive training sessions on food safety protocols, ISO & FSSC auditing procedures, and best practices in processing and preservation.
