I have expertise in cultivating various types of mushrooms, including button, oyster, king oyster, shiitake, lion's mane, and portobello mushrooms. Additionally, I have been involved in one of the world's largest saffron farming projects in the UAE.
In indoor farming, I have experience growing baby kale vertically, as well as different types of lettuces such as bionda, lolo rosso, red oak leaf, green oak leaf, and butterhead, using NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) and DWC (Deep Water Culture) systems.
I also grow exotic herbs such as sage, rosemary, oregano, Italian basil , red vein sorrel , baby Rocca and thyme inside specialized g tandem cooling system. Additionally, I cultivate figs, various types of tomatoes, and cucumbers in greenhouse .
