International Conference for Youth in Agriculture – ICYA Indonesia 2024

The International Conference for Youth in Agriculture (ICYA) 2024 powered by IAAS World will be held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on February 22nd-25th. This year, ICYA will bring up a topic about “Youth-Led Solutions for Zero Hunger: Nurturing a Sustainable Future through Agriculture.”
This year’s conference will focus on the theme “Youth Led Solutions for Zero Hunger: Nurturing a Sustainable Future through Agriculture”. Food is a primary need for all living beings, including humans. The most straightforward and severe form of food insecurity occurs when people lack access to the sheer calories required to sustain their basic health. At this year ICYA, we will learn about innovative solutions to these problems, from the challenges that we face to the food industry roles in securing global food security. Presentations from the speakers will highlight the management that is needed for sustainable agriculture and the regulations that already exist in ensuring food security and diversification within international trade rules. Presentations and brainstorming sessions will be held through a competition to propose new ideas and discover existing ones.
Important note for your registration at ICYA 2024
Registration for on-site participation will be opened from the 20th of December until 12th of January 2024. There are limited places. You’ll be notified until 14th January 2024 if you have been selected for the event. In case of high participation numbers, you might be on a waiting list.
