Hi, I'm Kim, a master's student in Resilient Farming and Food Systems at Wageningen University and Research. With a background in Human Geography, I enjoy looking at issues in an interdisciplinary manner. I have a strong interest in ecosystem restoration and believe that a holistic approach is needed, as environmental and social problems tend to be intertwined. For my Bachelor thesis, I researched land degradation and poverty in Mexico using GIS, and recently, I finished a Research Internship at the Regeneration Academy (at La Junquera Regenerative farm in Spain), where I looked at biomass change and water infiltration. Currently, I am on the hunt for a Master's thesis regarding ecosystem restoration
